Eta Projects can provide a full cost management service through an open book approach in partnership with the client at all times.

Eta Project currently have projects under managemnet with a combined project value in excess of £15M.     

Eta Projects prepares detailed tender documentation complete with detailed tender analysis to ensure the client achieves the most cost effective tender at all times.     All tenders are issued under a sealed bid tender process with the client opening all tenders for Eta project to carry out the subsequent tender analysis.  

Eta Projects carries out detailed pre-acquisition condition  surveys of existing buildings and assist in the preparation of cost plans to enable the client to understand any legacy costs they may inherit. Most pre-acquisition surveys result in a cost reduction or some offset benefit in favour of the client. Condition surveys are essential for design development.  

Eta Projects undertakes to complete full design duties including cost management and project management services.   All projects are undertaken in line with the RIBA staged work plan or the  
ACE staged construction plan, to suit the clients' needs.

Eta Projects has extensive experience in delivering high quality project solutions to a range of clients including major healthcare facilities, telecommunication data centres  and large commercial clients.  Eta Projects can implement  the complete project plan or carry out any one of the single stage plans to suit the clients specific needs.   

Eta Projects undertake limited duties for Project Management where the client only need assistance to complete in-house projects or can undertake full duties where Eta Projects complete the full design, cost management and project management of the project.

testing  and commissioning of projects

Bespoke commissioning document are prepared for each specific project.

Eta Projects undertakes full 
responsibility to acceptance of the project on behalf of the client.

We ensure the client is included in all stages of the project and will work with them as partner during the testing and commissioning stage.
