We can develop your detailed cost plan and provide compliance statements to the specification.
We act on your behalf, providing you the client, with a design that meets the requirements of the brief and is commercially competetive and contractually sound.
Under the Eta Projects business model, we prepare the tender documentation on the basis that all prime cost items are procured directly by the you the client under the sealed bid tender process.
The implemented satge is then tednered separately under a separate Principal Contractor package also specified, tendered and project managed by
Eta Projects.
