Eta Projects can deliver project savings of up to 20% by applying traditional procurement methods and taking full responsibility for the procurement process.
 
As part of this concept, all prime costs items are procured directly by the Client and Eta Projects  take full responsibility for the Design, Tendering Process, with the procurement of the prime cost items placed directly by the client.

The implementation stage is tendered as a separate "Principal contractors "  package to provide supervision of the installation by the specialist manufacturer, through to testing and commissioning with Eta Projects acting as Project Manager.
 
This approach eliminates contractors overheads and profit mark up, which is generally combined in the order of 20% +

All procurement is carried out under sealed tender bids with the client opening all tenders.
